Creative catering,
cooked in Buffalo.
Creative international catering for every kind of event — a phrase that means the menu changes with the room, not the other way around.

Every plate gets the same attention.
We are a catering kitchen built around one idea: the food should belong to the event.
That is what “creative” means here. There is no fixed house menu to pick from. A wedding might call for a Mediterranean spread and a candy station. A Tuesday board meeting might want boxed lunches that arrive on time and look tidy. A milestone birthday might want smoke, fire and a long table.
We do international menus because Western New York is full of people who cook and eat from everywhere — and because it makes for better food. We do baking and dessert events, live stations, plating service, grazing boards and snack-style menus for the same reason: the format should fit the room.
We cater drop-offs and full service. Intimate private dinners and corporate functions. Barbecues, brunches and late-night snacks. Small enough that you talk to the person cooking. Equipped for a room of several hundred.
And we serve more than just the city — Buffalo, Williamsville, Clarence, Amherst, Tonawanda and the towns around them.
How we work
Straightforward, from the first text.
Tell us about your event
The date, the headcount, the room and the mood. A text, a call, or the form is enough to start — you do not have to write a menu yourself.
We build the menu
A menu written for your event — international, familiar, or a mix of both — with a clear quote and nothing left to guess at.
We cater it
We cook it, deliver it, set it up and serve it. Then we clear the room back to the way we found it and leave you with your guests.
